Matt Pocock publishes this plugin from his own mattpocock marketplace. We list it here because it’s a real, working set of engineering skills people search for — we did not write it and have not reviewed it.

The set covers the shape of a real engineering task end to end: turning a loose idea into a spec and then into tickets, TDD, code review, domain modeling, and codebase architecture work. It also includes “grilling,” Matt’s own term for interviewing a plan or decision round by round until nothing is left silently assumed, plus a docs-aware variant for when the plan touches existing documentation.

The rest are supporting skills for working with an agent day to day: writing a handoff document for the next session, teaching a skill back, converting notes into a questionnaire, and writing instructions meant to be read by agents rather than humans.
