We turn the AI tools you already pay for into coworkers.

Your company can get more out of the tools you already pay for. What's missing is someone who knows your work well enough to hand off the right piece, build the coworker, and stay to run it.

You get the work written down

Your processes live in a few people's heads. We put it on paper first, making it possible to hire a coworker for it.

You get a manager after launch

Anything can work once. We keep managing the coworker after launch, so it still runs the same way next month.

You see what it's worth

Every run reports its cost and time, so the time you save is a number you can show your board.

How we work

  1. 01

    Map the job

We review one team's actual work and sort it into what can be automated, what can be AI-assisted, or what should be left to human judgment.

  2. 02

    Hire or build

For the tasks that make sense to automate, we either bring in a coworker from the marketplace or provide a managed agent.

  3. 03

    Onboard your team

We train your team members who will work with the coworker each week. This way, it doesn't stay something only we know how to run.

  4. 04

    Manage and measure

Once the coworker is working, we can keep managing it, tracking usage and cost, fixing issues, and making improvements. This service is optional and has its own price.

What changes for one process.Say invoice intake.

Today
  • Someone on your team opens the shared inbox every morning.
  • Opens each PDF and retypes vendor, amount, due date.
  • Checks the log for duplicates by eye.
  • Forwards it to AP, and remembers to label it.
With a coworker running
  • The coworker runs on schedule and reads your new mail.
  • Fields come out of the body and the attachments.
  • Duplicates are checked against your existing log.
  • New rows are added and flagged for your review.
  • Every run reports its model, tokens, and duration.

The coworker doesn't replace the person who used to run this process. It just takes care of the repetitive work, so your team can focus on the calls and tasks that need their attention.

One place to see every coworker mapped and running

We provide a Company Brain that tracks every process we've mapped, the coworkers we've created, and the tools they use. Every update is saved, so your map stays current as your work changes.

What customers say

Skills and Agents got my accountant 25 hours a month back. They've made our finance and accounting team the poster child of AI adoption. We now have practical, real skills that hit our day-to-day.

Skills and Agents took our idea for an AI skills marketplace and made it real. They reviewed our daily product workflows to find what was repeatable and easy to hand off, then drove it live company-wide — every team able to use and contribute plugins.

Questions, answered

Getting started

What happens on the first call?

We spend the first 45 minutes understanding where you are with AI today and what is holding adoption back. You leave with a map of your work and a straight answer on whether we can help.

What does becoming AI native actually mean for us?

It isn't a tool you buy. It means your team knows which work AI should do, has the skills to run that work, and can see what each one is worth. We start with one process and build fluency from there.

How much of my team's time will this take?

On the first call we map who will be needed across the project, how much of their time we need, and how that adds up to your team being AI fluent. You see all of that before you commit to anything.

Do we need to buy other AI tools?

We recommend the AI tools that support your goals, and nothing more. If your team already pays for Claude or ChatGPT, you're most of the way there.

Running it

Who manages the coworkers?

We do. We act as your operations manager on this, so managing coworkers isn't a role you have to hire for.

What if a coworker stops working?

We monitor every skill and coworker. Failed runs are logged and measured, and we fix them. You are not the one who finds out three weeks later.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. Skills are readable files, not a black box, so they stay yours whether or not we keep working together.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee for the first skill. We quote it on the first call, once we know the scope of work, so there is no open-ended engagement. The call itself is free, and the work map is yours to keep.

Every company needs an operations engineer. We're yours, along with the coworkers to help run things. We always start with your real work, not a generic tool.

Start with one team and one skill.
